A 30-second product Reel script

Writes a 30-second Reel script with a hook, shots, text and a clear invitation to order.

What you send

Write a script document for a 30-second Reel, split into timed sections with a hook, shots, voiceover, on-screen text and a call to action. Make it practical to film on a phone as described, using only the supplied product features.

I am preparing a Reel for a store called “Notebook and Line,” to post on 15 October 2026. Product: an undated weekly planner with spaces for tasks, appointments and notes. Audience: university students. I will film with a phone above a desk, showing a hand writing in the planner, with no faces. The goal is to demonstrate its use and invite orders by private message, with no discounts and no productivity claims.

Editor Notes

  • Keep cuts simple and clean.
  • Use a readable sans-serif font.
  • Place on-screen text in the upper third or lower third so it does not cover the writing.
  • Do not add discount stickers, sale badges, or urgency text.
  • Do not add claims such as “stay organized,” “save time,” “be more productive,” or “get things done.”
  • The Reel should show the product features only: undated weekly planner, task space, appointment space, and note space.

How it works

  1. Describe the product, audience and filming setup.
  2. Review the shots, wording and timing.
  3. Film the shots and record the voiceover.
