Shortlist CVs for interviews

Give each an evidence-based fit score in a table with reasons and gaps, then suggest an interview shortlist and one follow-up question for each; the hiring manager makes the decision. Do not use name, age, gender or nationality in scoring, or assume an unstated skill.

Suggested interview shortlist, not final

  1. Candidate D — strongest combined evidence for order/return handling and ticketing; Excel depth needs verification.
  2. Candidate B — meets ticketing and has order-support evidence; returns and Excel depth need verification.
  3. Candidate A — meets order/return handling; ticketing experience is the main gap.

Candidate C is not shortlisted for this role based on the current evidence, because the summaries do not show online order/return handling or customer ticketing experience.

The hiring manager should make the final decision after reviewing the interview evidence.
